Boasting grapes from the Adelaide District, this wine has rich flavors of chocolate, black cherry, and licorice, with baking spice on the nose. 

This site is characterized by some of the most intensely calcareous soils found in Paso Robles, leading to wines of remarkable power, depth and complexity. This limited single-vineyard bottling is one of only two vintages we made from this singular terroir—collect them while you can.
